Flexibility

Med National Staffing offers a variety of placement opportunities and facility options both locally and those requiring travel.

If you are simply looking to supplement your current employment, we offer flexible per-diem scheduling. For those interested in long-term placement, we offer both full (more than 36 hours) and part-time (36 hours or fewer) assignments. Scheduling can be done the same day, or up to one month in advance for per-diem assignments, and up to six months in advance for long-term contracts.

Travel Packages

With your skills very much in demand, you have the benefit of being able to choose assignments with the highest rates of pay and in a variety of locations. Our travel packages provide you with a rewarding experience in a new place, as well as a salary package that includes the federal tax per-diem and other tax advantages.

Referral Rewards

Our success depends on you.

We are pleased to offer cash rewards for your referrals. If you refer someone to Med National Staffing you will receive $100 after your referral works an initial 80 hours; after an additional 80 hours are worked, you will receive $150. If you refer ten nurses who all complete 160 hours, your reward is $1,000.

By simplifying your application process, we will make it easy for you to bring your talent to the USA.

Located in a border state, Med National Staffing is well equiped to assist our Canadian professionals with the information needed to work in the USA, including state licensing and visa screening information. We will be happy to meet you in our Windsor office for your interview and placement details.

If you are a Canadian nurse already working in the USA, you can continue working without an extra trip to our Michigan office to apply.

Every minute of every day, Med National Staffing representatives are available to assist with your scheduling needs.

Our office is open Monday – Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Should you need after hours services, we are available by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

There will be someone to greet you in our office Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you are interested in after-hours scheduling or you are a hospital looking for staff, please feel free to call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Med-National Staffing will always be able to assist you with an immediate census of healthcare professionals available to work at your facility.

Healthcare Plan

Med National Staffing offers medical and dental plans with both PPO and HMO plans available to our full-time employees. We also offer our employees the option to purchase both long and short-term disability plans.
