Flexibility

We are committed to offering you a wide variety of opportunities and facility choices both local and those requiring travel. There are many ways you can work for Med-National Staffing. If you are the healthcare professional just looking to supplement your current employment, we offer flexible, per-diem scheduling. Or, if you are the healthcare professional interested in long-term placement, we offer full time (more than 36 hours) or part-time (less than 36 hours) assignments.

Your scheduling can be done same day and up to one month in advance if you are working per-diem assignments and up to six months in advance if you are interested in long-term contracts. Travel Packages

As you know, your skills are very much in demand. This means that you can find assignments that offer the highest rates of pay and the added fringe benefit of location, location, location. Our travel packages are built with the goal of providing you with a rewarding experience somewhere new as well as providing you with a salary package that includes tax benefits such as the Federal Tax per-diem advantage.

Referral Rewards

We pay for referrals! We are successful because of you, and what better way to be rewarded than a cash reward? After your referral works his or her first 80 hours, you will receive $100; after an additional 80 hours, you will receive an additional $150. Once you have referred ten nurses who have each completed their 160 hours, you will receive $1000. That's our way of saying thank you!

Canadian Co-ordination

Your talent is needed and appreciated. Located in a border State, Med-National Staffing has been trained and honored to assist our Canadian neighbors with information needed for you to work in the USA, including State licensing and visa-screening information. If you are a Canadian nurse and already working in the USA, you will never have to make an extra trip to our Michigan office to apply.

We understand the commitment and time you are already spending to bring your talent to the USA, and we want to make your application process as easy as possible. We will be happy to meet you in our Windsor satellite office for your interview and placement details.

24-Hour Customer and Scheduling Services

Every minute of every day, one of our Med-National Staffing representatives will be here to assist you with your scheduling needs. Just give us a call or stop into our office. There will be someone to greet you in our office Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If you are interested in after-hours scheduling or you are a hospital looking for staff, please feel free to call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Med-National Staffing will always be able to assist you with an immediate census of healthcare professionals available to work at your facility.

Healthcare Plan

Med-National Staffing offers medical and dental plans through Blue Care Network. Both PPO and HMO plans are available to our full-time employees. With Med-National Staffing picking up some of those costs we are able to offer these packages to you at a very low price. Our employees also have options to purchase long-term and short-term disability plans.

Direct Deposit

All employees can take advantage of direct deposit of their weekly paychecks.
